Multifunctional polyimides for resistive switching memory devices based on flexible transparent polyimide–silver nanowires hybrid electrodes

Abstract With the quick development of flexible memory electronics, multifunctional organic materials have been necessary for fabricating electronics. In this work, highly transparent and electrode was successfully prepared by coating high‐performance silver nanowires (AgNWs) onto colorless polyimide (PI) substrate. The PI–AgNWs electrodes exhibited a relatively low sheet resistance 15 Ω/sq with high transparency 68% at wavelength 400 nm. A novel kind TPC6FPI synthesized characterized excellent thermostability glass transition temperature ( T g ) above 250°C. Furthermore, PI–AgNWs/TPC6FPI/Al resistive device good SRAM switching behavior threshold voltage around 2.1 V ON/OFF current ratio ˜10 4 , which indicated that PI‐based showed potential to wearable devices.
